Every engagement is governed by an accepted proposal or agreement setting out scope, fees, GST, timing, revisions, ownership, warranties and responsibilities. Where stated, the standard minimum engagement is $1,500 + GST, optional support is $120 per hour + GST, and projects generally include two revision rounds and a 30-day workmanship warranty; the accepted project agreement prevails.
